What we collect

Your Google account name and profile picture, so you can sign in. Garba does not store your Google access token or email address.

Your profile: photos, first name, age, city, intent and anything you choose to write about yourself.

A private selfie for photo review. It is compared with your profile photos and is not shown to other people.

Your activity in the app: likes, passes, matches, messages, saved grounds and optional check-ins.

What we do not collect

We do not track your live GPS location. Check-ins are optional, you choose who sees them, and they expire at midnight.

How we use it

To show your profile to people who match your preferences, to open chats when you both like each other, to review photos, to keep the community safe, and to handle reports.

On this website we may use analytics to understand which pages and buttons bring people to the app. This does not include your profile or messages.

Who sees what

Other members see your public profile. Your matches see the messages you send them. Our reviewers see your private selfie and profile photos during photo review, and reported content when they investigate a report.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, pause discovery, block people, end connections and ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
