Before you meet
- Chat in Garba until you feel comfortable. There is no rush to share your number or social handles.
- Look at their intent. If you are only here for a Garba partner, say so kindly, early.
- Make a Garba plan with a named ground, a time and a public meeting point like the main entrance.
- Tell a friend who you are meeting, where and when.

At the ground
- Meet at the entrance, in the crowd, where venue staff are around.
- Stay with the circle. Garba grounds are busy and bright for a reason.
- Keep your drink, your bag and your phone with you.
- Check-ins are optional. If you use one, choose whether only your matches can see it.

After the night
- Head home on your own ride, at least the first time.
- Not feeling it? You can end the connection quietly from the chat. No explanation needed.
- Pause your profile any time you want a break from discovery.

Break these and you lose access to Garba. Report anyone who does, from their profile or your chat.

- Everyone on Garba must be 18 or older.
- Be yourself
- Use your own recent photos. No fake profiles, no one else’s pictures.
- Respect the intent
- A Garba partner is a Garba partner. Pushing for more is not okay.
- No harassment
- No abuse, threats, unwanted explicit messages or pressure to meet.
- No selling
- No promotions, passes for sale, or asking for money.
- Consent on the floor
- Dancing together is not an invitation for anything else. Ask, listen, respect.
